1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or contributing to AI4Arunachal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services or contributing language assets.

2 Community Contributions & Licensing

When you contribute voice recordings, transcriptions, translations, or language texts to AI4Arunachal:

• You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to share the material and that it does not infringe upon third-party copyrights or personal privacy.
• You grant AI4Arunachal a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, curate, publish, and distribute your anonymized contributions under open dataset licenses or research resources for linguistic research, speech processing, and AI model training.
• You acknowledge that contributions are volunteered to preserve indigenous languages and will not receive monetary compensation unless explicitly specified by grant programs.

3 Prohibited Conduct

Users and contributors agree not to:

• Upload abusive, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, or culturally offensive audio or text content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, scrape, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or rate limits.
• Impersonate other individuals, tribes, or organizations.

4 Intellectual Property & Language Resources

All curated benchmarks, models, algorithms, and documentation published by AI4Arunachal are maintained to support language preservation, research, and responsible digital infrastructure. We respect traditional cultural knowledge and commit to maintaining ethical data governance across all tribal initiatives.
